Just a natural basic athletic look
How many sit-ups, push-ups can you do? Bruce Lee does one thousand sit-ups everyday, and every other day does three thousand push-ups. Sadly I did eighty to a hundred of each everyday before 5am. I would rest on weekends though.
I go to the gym twice a week and swim once. I do a lot of different stuff but I could maybe do like 20 push ups.
There are two types of push-ups. Slow & controlled and Clean & jerk. For Slow & Controlled on your decent go as possible even try slower than before but on the accent try to leave the ground. For Clean & Jerk this implies a full range of motion and added weight to the shoulders or upper back area. Try elevating your feet for different shoulders muscle. Always do at least 5 sets of either waiting only three minutes between sets. Record your data then try to improve on them. Remember always eat proteins after a workout and consume water throughout.

I did twenty push-ups when I was 13. But I started around 8

I have done that for 3 months now and have got some now but yeah. My belly is completely flat now.
Try getting abs that's the hardest part..
