Yea well I don't think I'm healthy because I'm too negative.
a lot of things. My little cousin told me to kill myself a few days ago, my family is at each other's throats a lot, I have a strong feeling that things aren't over with my ex and I've started turning to my past self bc of it which I hate but find it hard to manage.
That's rough, sounds like a lot is hitting you at once. But ya, it's ok to let out your emotions and let yourself feel them.

ik and i'm not insulting them. I went through it severely and kind still deal with it on and off.
If you feel you're really depressed you should get professional help. Crying is a healthy response and can be cathartic.
ik but after so much emotional trauma and destress my body has resorted to not cry after so long.
Crying is how "normal" people respond to stress. If you're depressed you're more likely to sink into apathy. My gut feeling is that that's where you are right now. I'll repeat that you should probably get professional help, talk to your doctor, student counselor or whoever.
yea i have. currently not taking meds that i should be taking as I keep forgetting and haven't really bothered doing.
Yeah, they won't work unless you take them regularly.
