Am I wrong for calling someone fat?

My co-worker has been making fun of my weight for a while. She’d make comments such as «you’re a skeleton», «don’t you eat?» and «you’re anorexic». I’m quite skinny but I’m healthy (regular checks) so her comments started to annoy me. I’d say she is on the heavier side of healthy. Of course, she might just be concerned for my health, but that’s not the right way to go about it. If she wanted me to seek help because I’m «too skinny», she could’ve told me so without mocking me. Somewhere along the way, her comments started really getting to me and I told her «No, you’re just fat». Am I in the wrong for snapping like that?
