Why did you have them
@Marina226 Too many reasons to count. The first one was for knock knee deformity, another was for my tibia I broke in a car wreck, etc... In-between was a series of medical screw-ups that led to more surgeries, than other doctors had to correct them. I don't heal right, and I have a bleeding disorder, so everything snowballed. My last surgery was to remove a metal plate from a previous surgery, that cut my quadriceps every time I moved my leg. I had that metal in my leg, cutting me for two years. I still have plenty of issues, most of them are in-operable.
Wow, you went through a lot. Nice to hear you are better now. Good luck with your training. I asked because I am studying that so it's interesting to me.
What are you studying? What discipline/branch?
@Marina226 Ever learn about mixed connective tissue disorders? My ligaments and tendons don't heal properly. All the ligaments in my right knee have been stretched so much they no longer function. I've messed myself up pretty badly from exercise. A lot of physical therapists didn't really know what they where getting into, my point is odd cases do come along and I implore you to learn about them. Patients in some places find it almost impossible to get proper treatment. Or even non-damaging treatment.
We didn't learn about it yet
