Fitness people please help me?

I stopped working out and eating healthy for a month. Hence, I gained 10 pounds, 2.2 % of body fat and lost muscle on my legs. Right now I weight 135 pounds and I have 27.2 % of body fat. My question is; Is body fat that heavy? Because I remember that 2 month ago i maintained my weight (125) but I had the same amount of body fat I have right now. I lost that 2.2% of body fat and still weighted 125.

Please don’t make fun of me. I just want to educate myself. Thank you in advance for your help!
