I know the feeling, but it has well documented that exercise improves your mood, as well as your health.
@Guardian45 I know the effects of it. But as of right now I don't have the motivation to commence. Once I get over that mental block, I should be good :)

I don’t have to do anything with my hair except once every 2-3 days and I don’t wear makeup so not really lol.

Not really, I study fulltime and I have a fulltime job. So no, I wouldn't say, that I have a lot of free time.
Then how do you manage at least 2 hours of excercise every day?
I am very well organized. I am also a very ambitious and disciplined person. And for me sport is leisure, balance, relaxation and training at the same time. It's not something I have to do, it's something I do because I enjoy it.
