Also, I've tried a lot of "fad" diets, and intermittent fasting is the only that's been sustainable for me, long term.
I think it took about a month and a half so like 4-6 weeks. I'm not really sure but ik it was about a month ish

I'll add, it's pretty important to eat good food with plenty of nutrients. I was also only drinking black coffee, unsweetened tea and water. No sodas, no sweetened beverages.

Try it but don't forget to at least hydrate.Also you can go baby steps on the time lapse before you eat again in case you are not used to it so your body will adapt.
