Is drinking 6 ounces of Kombucha a very good way to improve intestinal health?

Exorcist_Rampage
Do you think drinking 6 ounces of Kombucha daily is enough or too much or too little to improve our intestinal health? For the health ignorant, Kombucha is a raw tea, usually always organic, and needs to stay cold since it is fermented, so it can contain its maximum benefits with the living cultures inside of the bottle. I drink 6 ounces per day, usually with my breakfast, about 4 or 5 days per week. Is this good?

How often do you drink Kombucha and how much do you drink of it if you do? Please share your views concerning if Kombucha is a healthy drink and if we need it to improve intestinal health!
