I’ve hit a plateau in working out. Help?

I’ve been working out for several years, but I tend to have slow development bc I’m eating my school food (college). It’s been difficult bc their foods most days are very unhealthy except grilled chicken. I’ve been gaining weight but I think it’s more fat than muscle. Do you suggest I just keep eating a lot or do something else?
