Is eating healthy really a "cure" for all complaints?

I don't mean literally cure but everytime you search up solutions for physical problems they tell you everytime, eating healty will reduce the issue.
For example: bad skin = eat healthy, aging = eat healthy, joint pain = eat healthy, prevent saggy skin = eat healthy

Do they just say this because its easily said or does it really truly make a boticeable difference how you look and how your health is.
(I mean everything but weight related problems. It's obvious eatimg healthy would help with these kinds of issues)
