Do you think I take too many health supplements? What ones do you take?

Every day I take

- 6 hawthorn berry capsules
- 2 turmeric capsules
- 1 magnesium capsules
- 3 garlic capsules
- 1 coenzyme Q10 capsule
- 1-2 servings of raspberry and pomegranate tea
- 1-2 servings of lemon ginger tea
- 2-8 cups of regular or decaf coffee to decrease my chances of liver cancer
- I also eat 250 - 360 calories of fatty cheese to improve my kidney function
