I've eaten an additional 6000 calories this week, how do I make up? Read on please?

It was my birthday and then I went to my friends baby shower.. I ended up eating quite bad these past days, drank alcohol and fizzy drinks and ate many carbs. I'm normally on a 1000 calorie diet, what should I do now? Is it going to compromise my future progress?
