Check your diet , especially, have you made any notable changes? The reason I ask is : my story ,; folgers coffee for 30 + years every morning, then on a campouts, my sister said 'try the , instant coffee, " I did and started drinking if all the time, well bout 3 months passed , and I Start noticing. I'm Mad, I mean plum , fighting MAD, ( not me, at all) Doctor's visits depression meds, on and on , then one morning, j vf went to take a sip of my instant coffee and 💥💥💥 it hit me, stopped that morning, and a month later I was back to my chipper self!
I’ve always been generally anxious but the last 2 years it’s gotten much worse and there’s no sign of it ending unfortunately 😞 I haven’t touched coffee in over two years 😂
Awww! Well don't give up! Like I said , have you changed your lifestyle, ie: eating, drinking, smoking, illicit drugs, stay out later, etc. etc. Anything, that has changed could be effecting... PS: I got lucky with the coffee!
Nope I’m pretty much the same! If anything I’m drinking a lot less than I was 2 years ago (only have an occasional glass wine now and then).
