I’ve been lifting seriously for almost 7 months now and have seen progress everywhere but the back of my thighs and glutes. I train legs//glutes three days a week, upper body twice, and run 5-7 miles five days a week. No matter WHAT I do the fat isn’t looking better. I eat a diet of 1200-1350 calories a day that consists of chicken, vegetables, and a serving of almonds. Carbs are always under 50g.
