Weight loss tips?

I’ve been stagnant for a bit after losing forty pounds. I started at 220, now I’m at around 176. I’d like to be around 140-150 as my life goal that I’d maintain, so around 30 more pounds. I do workout and I’m usually doing calorie deficit, I recently gave up most dairy (what I do consume in dairy is super rare), I’m a vegetarian, I’m trying to eat 0 artificial sugars (aside from sugar substitutes; stevia for example), and I eat heavyyy vegetable. Like I consume 90% vegetable. Yes, I do take vitamins for those wondering. This diet has been approved by my neurologist (I’m epileptic) and my nutritionist, so please don’t council me on those particular things. I am however seeking advice on how to reboot my weight loss, exercises that may have helped you (I do mainly cardio with some weight exercises since my goal is weight loss first and foremost) also any healthy meals and sweet alternatives would be soooo appreciated!
