Recently my friend and I started going to the gym, together, however, I feel out of place at the gym. I've been doing more cardio but when it comes to strength training and using machines I feel so weak and not too sure if I'm doing it correctly. My friend seems a bit more confident and she's stronger. Also, I don't know why but many people at the gym look super mature with curvy bodies and are just generally older looking. My friend looks like she fits in because many people mistaken her to be in her mid twenties, but for me, some think I'm like 14 or 16 still... I feel super insecure at the gym cause I feel like a kid compared to everyone else. How did you guys feel when you first started going gym and had no experience?
