I am so health concision about my body, I will go for 4-6 hour walks to make sure I don't gain a single pound. I am so strict with my food. That people are like how can you not like chocolate or crisp or pizza. I tell them I know want in it and I am not going to eat that stuff. I have a very healthy lifestyle, yet recently I am becoming more body concision. I lost 8lb,( because of a death of a family member) which I didn't like at all, because I became underweight, then I had to force myself to eat more than I normally would, and gained 1st 7lb which is just as bad. I feel fat and ugly, and none my clothes fit anymore, does anyone else have the same problem?
