How to get lean, strong arms without being bulky?

Last year, in uni, I boxed and bench pressed to get strong to compete. I am graduated and no longer have the luxury of a gym and my muscles have turned to big, flabby arms :(
Are there non-equipment exercises I can do to get toned/lean arms without bulking up? At home I also have a treadmill, yoga mat, punching bag, and 3-5lb dumb bells.
I am already on the lowest end of a healthy bmi by the way and female so if I lost weight, it would be like 2-5lbs at most to be healthy.
How to get lean, strong arms without being bulky?
