How can I gain weight fast & not be underweight?

I have always been 96-100 lbs but skinny legs & skinny frame & 5ft. Since I was 17 I began to get terrible anxiety that messed up my eating & choked on solid food so 2 years ate only soup all day but since last year eat normal & all foods. But still underweight. For some days 2 weeks ago I got stress & at doctor they said I’m 84lbs. I am eating less as I also have no job but moving with mom to new city in 2 weeks & getting a lot job offers. Also I have my own line store & waiting til Thursday to get some money however I still need spend less like $1 foods & meal plan. I was thinking scrambled egg sandwhich with bread & slice of cheese, I been eating mini chocolate muffins as snack & can eat with penut butter, & each morning make a banana penut butter smoothie, then lunch either pasta thats 30cents a bag, with avacado or a $1 burger, & at night not sure what to eat as I don’t eat at night. At late night I do like a shake but not sure if I buy with $20 protien powder or 2 packs of ensure drinks. Usually for dinner I eat mashed potatoes as I get anxious at night better to each soft things. For snacks I love yogurt or this cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory that’s huge slice of cake that’s 1,000 calories but pricey so can’t eat that daily. Any ideas? I like penut butter sandwhiches too. My arms r skinny so that concerns me how I gain fat on arms
