I have noticed that this happens every once in awhile. I’ll be sitting alone at my apartment or in my car and I start to feel like I can’t breathe. Then I I just start crying. I don’t ever tell people about this, but I think I may need to see a therapist. I don’t know what good it would do though. I tried to explain it to someone before, but they said I was weak and that I’m pathetic. That’s why I have always been scared to discuss it with anyone.
