Optionally, you can wait it out, withdrawal effects usually last a couple days or maybe even up to 4 or 5, if you choose that route talk to a doctor because they can be very helpful with this

They should make "caffeine patches" like they have "nicotine patches" for nicotine withdrawals!
Withdrawlas are pretty much impossible to stop. You kinda just have to go through it. And remember most is just in your head.
You should do yoga early morning in fresh air and drink a lot of water and whenever you want anything you are addicted to just take one spoon of honey and drink it with water or just eat 1 tea spoon of honey!!!
Above you have an answer
I'm gonna tell my mom on you. 😭
😡😡😡leave my daughter alone😤😤😤
@NickiB1 You tell him, mom!
I prefer to combine the two, but that is a great replacement
Didn't realize how overused this joke was.Uhh.. recognize what works for you and do that instead. Some people can replace it, and use tea. Some can think of a chore to get done when they think of wanting a cup or a smoke, whatever it is. So a healthy coping mechanism is getting something done, going on a walk, asap.. then feeling good that you did it and drink a glass of water to calm down. And get more stuff done.Thats basically the 'only logical' way. Keeping yourself busy. Read, exercise, socialize, work, etc.
