I am 5ft and 83 lbs. I ate normally til 17, then got bad anxiety attacks that led me to not be able to swallow food and choked. It’s been on and off then began eating more food. Then I was able to eat all day but choke only at night for dinner. Since 3 months ago I was eating normal food but randomly since 2 weeks ago began choking just for chewing food. And food slipped into throat and my face red. Then got anxiety attacks at job. Now I’m still anxious and tense throat but eating some soft foods and will try eat some eggs tomorrow see if I can eat it. I now drink 2-3 smoothies a day. I like mashed potatoes avacado beans eggs penut butter sandwhiches I love chicken tacos or chicken burgers , sweet potatoes. Just I get no fat on arms and like boney. Now daily I get no hunger but try eat 3 meals. But I eat very small portions now with smoothies as a snack.
