Is anyone stress eating?

I just don't normally stress eat. It's not my thing to do but for the last week I've had some over eating going on. Luckily it's mostly healthy food because I was smart enough not to buy too much junk. I know myself if I have it I will eat it.

Tomorrow starts the stay at home order so that is when the real stress is going to start. I keep thinking homemade healthier version cinnamon rolls sound good. Today I walked 2 miles and will probably have to walk every day to get through this. That part is a blessing since I wasn't doing that before. And we hit the 80s this week in Texas so I'm in my element.
