Retaining your looks has absolutely nothing to do with genetics. There is no evolutionary pressure to lool good when you're old and infertile. Because very few people reproduce then.Retaining your looks is 100% down to eating healthy, exercising regularly, and taking care of your skin/hair.
@Torari your skin is going to sag and wrinkle regardless if you eat healthy or stay fit. Decades of wear and tear and on skin will become noticeable as time goes on. White hairs. Sagging skin comes from gravity. You will have to live at the gym to stay fit. Aging is inevitable. The people who I find sexiest are those who age gracefully. People who cannot age gracefully look worse than they already look. Confidence makes you much more attractive
@nella965 again, wrong. Your skin will age, true. But this can absolutely be limited by healthy habits. A person who lives a healthy life will have a more efficient self repair mechanism. Which results in more skin longevity.You absolutely do not need to live at the gym at any point in life. In fact, overtraining is counterproductive. 45 minutes per day 3-6 days per week is plenty to get/stay fit coupled with reasonable nutritional habit.You don't age gracefully unless you live a healthy lifestyle, and thus, fight aging. The people who still look good at 45 put in the necessary effort. The people who look 70 at 50 just said fuck it and accepted aging.And taking care of your body does not mean you lack confidence either, quite the opposite. It means you value yourself highly enough to maintain yourself.
@Torari Nobody at 60 can look 32, regardless of how much you diet , sleep or eat healthy. And you do need to spend more time at the gym in order to loose the same amount of weight cus your metabolism slows to a huge extent by the time you hit 35.. It gets almost impossible to lose weight by the time you hit you 40s. Losing weight at 20 is different from losing weight at 45. Your cognitive ability also tends to decrease with age. You can slow it but you can’t deter it. You also can’t defeat gravity for sagging skin or sagging balls or sagging breasts. It’s not something that’s preventable

But I think older is in the 50s or 60s.. my mom is in her 40s and she's as beautiful as ever. And you're really beautiful too. I understand this is about weight, not beauty but I think women, the more they age, they are too hard on themselves and consider themselves old despite still not being "old".

I'd look up amd see if yoyr foos is genetically modified and see what kinda additives you have in the food and if yoy want to keep yout weight down switch or organic if and it's a big IF if your country supports those kinda of chemicals in the food like the US does
