How can I replace eating junk food and snacking on bad food when I get anxiety with college assignment deadlines and bills?

I am going to try to lose weight again but I know I cope by eating candy or when I have a math problem I snack on candy worms. I know its a bad habit and I am just trying to be more healthy for my sake. It would also make my physical job more easier on my knees and back.
How can I replace eating junk food and snacking on bad food when I get anxiety with college assignment deadlines and bills?
