Same. I might try working out after I drink a few shots and see if that helps to slow down the whole consumption. Found that things work better too on an empty stomach. Like if I get hungry I just grab a beer. Starting to think food is not really vital as long as we have enough alcohol. I did get this weird craving though and chugged canola oil today.

That's cool. I think that's normal, no? What do other people do? by the way, gotten any cannibalistic thoughts yet or is that just me? I don't think it'd be so bad. Maybe slow-roasted with garlic and onions. I was thinking a lot about it like going to a morgue and the mortician offers me a discount for bodybuilders: buy one bodybuilder get one free (you know, cause low fat, not very high-grade). Then I make a bodybuilder pot roast with garlic and onions and potatoes and carrots on top -- always carrots on top because they get really mushy otherwise.

Just gotta cook it long enough in my opinion to get it fork-tender. Babies are cool too. Feel like that's a fancy French sort of thing. I'm more a beer and pizza guy.

I think my last message didn't send. Do you make up for not doing deadlifts by doing extra isolation training? Asking for a friend who recently had to quit deadlifting for the same reason
My workouts last around Two and a half hours three times a week. I think so
The duration of your training wasn't my interest. Me and a friend started training together at similar strength levels and did a lot of HIIT and weight lifting together, but at some point his back tweaked. He can still do weighted squats at heavier weights than me, his max is 300. But his deadlift is way lower than mine, I can peel 340 off 10 times but if he goes over 240 his back gives out early in the first rep. His first idea to make up for this was to isolate the surrounding muscles but found he'd need 3 extra training sessions to make up for what deadlifts cover in 1, which is unobtainable considering how much time he dedicates to training as it already is. Obviously he would train the weak area first and foremost but an old injury prevents that
