I said I quit drinking and it improved. There is no drugs. Just exercise
My worry is it dropped so quick
It seems very low for that time period. I guess you are doing about 10 miles between walking and running... I’d consider that reasonably fit. I use to do that 3-4 times a week with about 7 miles on in between days. My heart rate has been very low at times, but it’s not something that happen over night. Are you experiencing any weird side effects are does everything feel normal?
Normal. I did used to swim semi pro as a teenager for about 4 years and I used to walk 10k everyday for about 2 years couple years ago. In general always been active.. but my bpm in my late teens/early 20s was like 74
Low 70s is pretty normal for active people mid 60s is normal for very active people. You start dropping into the 50s usually after years of things like running marathon. I could see it being possible with a history of competitive swimming and long runs. Being an endurance athlete would do it... What seems off is the fact that you were in the 80-90s a few months ago which is poor heart heath and then you dropped so dramatically in a couple of months. So to me that seems odd. Maybe you are over training for the fitness level… It’s a dramatic shift so it’s worth looking into with a doc.
Sounds like your body shape causes some risks? I've heard of a woman with your body shape who got pregnant but miscarried.
