Maybe if you do it with weights and at an elevation it gets harder.
Messed up my spine like that. But yeah I tried it. Most of my frustrations are because of my weird body.I used to do 500 squats ever-other day. My legs looked like they belonged to an anorexic and never got bigger.

Also you can choose a spot with elevations or stairsYou'll feel the burn after that
The only problem with that is if I exhaust myself too quickly, I'm ready to go again within 10 minutes after I stop. Sure, i feel the burn, but after it passes I'm right back to where I started only thinking myself justified in wasting the new energy I'm getting because I "already exercised".

Well I like cardio my cardio is just a different kind.And I dislike running because I'm a lifter that's where I get my high from, does nothing for me but make me suffer lmao.

Haha I gotcha. I mean I see progress but in the moment I just feel like the excercises aren't as effective I don't know. Im still in the process of getting into better shape and seeing what works best etc.Im not in bad shape I just want to get better and core just is my struggle area of what is working best.
The muscles won't show if there is fat around your belly. That is why it need time.If you are not in great shape I can assume you still have a tad high fat %Try running and swimming when the quarantine is over.
Haha actually the opposite. I am trying to gain weight. I have always struggled gaining weight. So I am trying to start excercising more and trying to improve my diet and eating more.
Ahhh oupsYea same thing with by the way I don't gain weight easily but I want to bulk up a bit.Now I have an athletic figure I am finding hard to switch it to more muscular.
Haha yeah I've played sports my whole life and I def am in decent shape since I do conservation work and all sorts of out door work for my career.Just with my my height to weight ration has never been great so trying to just gain weight and thought getting in even better shape would help.
