that might not be a bad thing. You could be burning fat while gaining muscle mass. If you look leaner and feel stronger, that's all that matters
@MrNameless Yeah, I hope that is the case. Everyone keeps telling me I look smaller (though the scale says otherwise). But I have increased my weights I'm using, and I'm wearing smalls and medium sized clothes so I'm -hoping- that is a good sign
increasing strength doesn't necessairly mean you are gaining muscle mass, but you're not losing any at least. Visual indicators are the best way, and you do have to eat at a surplus consistently to get any noticable gains.

Yeah, i'm sure it will. Just makes me feel insecure to be losing so much muscle. But i'll gain it back when i'm back to perfect health.
