Do you ever forget to eat?
Technically yeah, I am so used to it now. Honestly and I always skip breakfast. I might only eat lunch and dinner on a good day. Usually I only eat lunch and then hit in really small portions healthy snacks through out the day. I used to weigh 150 lbs about a year and half ago, I know weigh about 120-125lbs.

Hmmm😕I am not a specialist!But try forcing yourself to have snack at least every 3h(Healthy snacks)If you can go for a walk to destress it would be great too.
