Yeah that's overweight. Just look up intermittent fasting on youtube. If you have a have a yard get a jump rope. Jump rope is one of the best cardio, burns more calories than running. Do it everyday.
How many should I?
Look up on YouTube how to jump rope properly. Typically with jump rope you need to go hard as you can I'm short bursts until you get better. When I first started I did 1 minute jumping and 1 minutes break, I do it many times until i hit about 20 minutes worth of jumping. But make sure to jump rope fast to get maximum effect. Then when you get better or its easy, do 2 minutes jump then 1 minute break, then keep increasing as you get fitter and better
