So I downloaded my fitness pal to help me lose weight and be healthy. I had 2 eggs this morning with a cup of spinach and a little cheese. I plugged it into my app and my cholesterol is bumped up and my monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats are in the negatives. I planned out what I'm gonna eat today and it's like this. Do I need to worry about my monosaturated or polyunsaturated fats? Or just focus on my carb, protein and fat intake? Otherwise I'm solid on the others.
