Should I wait till the gyms reopen to bulk?

Hi everyone. So im 21, naturally slim. But with some muscle mass. I've trained for years and only gained little muscle. My body is in okat shape now. I'll look very toned if i cut. I have a 50kg weight set with me at home. I was planning on bulking but because the gyms are closed, i dont think thats the best idea. I was thinking about eating at maintenance and obviously, when i exercise I'll burn off fat. Which will put me in a deficit. I want to do that till the gyms open. What do you suggest
