Weight loss tips?

Recently I have put on a lot of weight due to stress, mental health and this lockdown.
I have been trying to lose it but it doesn’t seem to shift. I have cut out junk food during the week as much as possible and have been walking more. I’m afraid it will affect my relationship as I am now a lot heavier than my boyfriend. I believe he is 55 kg and I am roughly 70 now.
Also some exercises are tough as my breasts have gotten larger and i struggle doing some things👎🏻
What tips would anyone recommend to help lose weight quickly. Thanks!
