@OceanMelon if the issue is the habit, it is a matter of trying to break it (no, I'm not saying its easy, as it is a habit) do you get stress relief from the scratching? when I tried to stop scratching (I would scrach when i felt anxious) I'd use a stress ball or do an action less damaging to my skin. Over time, as long as I made it habit that if I felt anxious I would do the other thing, later that became the habit more as I created myself a new habit (I still scrach occational, but less so) does that help? It might work
