My stomach fat just won't leave?

I been working out for over a year, 5 days a week. I eat the right foods, no sugar intake, protein, fiber etc. I’m doing everything RIGHT and yet my stomach fat just won't go away. I can do the most intense ab workouts, I weight train along with cardio, I can do pull ups. I don’t understand why my body fat just won't shift?
