Started walking again but still on a plateau, why?

I'm on a 1100 calorie diet, I haven't lost a single thing for a month now so I thought it was time to start moving more again (I used to walk for 43 miles per week before quarantine and then stopped for obvious reasons) but I still weigh the same. What the hell is going on with my body? I'm seriously concerned.
