What body shape am I and how much can I change my body shape via exercise?

Hi,

I am 6 months postpartum and very overweight (82kgs) and now that my baby is 6 months I really want to get my health back.

I have started intermittent fasting and although slow I am loosing weight slowly. My main issue is I lack confidence in my body shape. I have no bum and no shape whatsoever.

Today I measured myself and my measurements are as follows:

Bust: 107cm/42"
Waist: 94cm/37"
Hips: 107cm/42"

I am huge! I was wondering if i could really change my shape by doing waist exercises and hip bum exercises? Has anyone had sucess?
What body shape am I and how much can I change my body shape via exercise?
