I do and my doctor has talked to me about it. I feel like food is one of few things that makes me happy. When I have a hard day, I especially look to food because it feels like the best part of my day. It’s temporary happiness and stress relief that goes through the roof while I’m eating. I’m already thinking about my dinner tomorrow which is the celebration of the end of my work week. I have a difficult time stopping and I’d feel unhappy without junk food. I don’t know what else to look for to gain happiness.
