I’m 15. I’ll be a sophomore next year in high school. in freshman year i became pretty popular and partied a lot. I was just a foolish kid trying to be cool. So in these parties I drank a lot sometimes. I just thought about having fun. I didn’t really think through it. Sometimes just beer, but sometimes vodka tequila and things like that. Got wasted a few times. I’m not proud of it. But since quarantine started im not drinking and i decided to keep it that way. Did i harm my brain so much? How can I reverse the harm if there is any? how can i understand if there is harm? thanks.
