I feel like I am not getting enough exercise, I am currently doing 23h 20m a week. That 3h 20m a day. I want to lose a stone, while gaining muscle, but I don't think I am doing enough exercise to get there. I have been doing this for 2 months and lost 7lbs already, but I feel like the weight lose is very slow. I can't cut calories as I have low blood sugar and need to top it up regularly. Any tips on what I should do. I currently workout at moderate intensity (2h) and low impact (1h 20m). As I need to warm up and cool down after exercise. Thank you for taking the time to read all this.
