How have you found ways for get over it? The over the counter are bad for you and I don't have access to scripts. I've laid down with no electronics for hours and still struggled. I regularly do yoga so that's not doing it. Helpful suggestions?
Well I continued my Thirty30 burn workout and I it hit me hard passed out on the chair in the living room YAY🥳 also hope it means my fitness will reach the next level, hope this helps others
