Intermittent Fasting Tips?

So I want to reduce a bit of my weight and gain more abs. So I tried the intermittent fasting. I skip breakfast in the morning and eat my lunch at around 1 (replaced Rice with Whole wheat Chapatis) and I'm also trying to consume more vegetables and boiled eggs.
My question is, will Intermittent fasting make me constipated or make my bowel movements irregular?
I'm on the second day of IF, everything was fairly regular. But i need a little more insight. And also, I'm working out for like an hour everyday.
