Why are people so obsessed with therapy being the “solution for everything” ?

hasn’t worked for me one bit. I’ve done CBT for several decades now. I also did DBT. I know where my issues are. I don’t need a therapist to tell me that. I need someone to help me FIX issues which neither a therapist, nor myself, is capable of doing
Why are people so obsessed with therapy being the “solution for everything” ?
