Is excercise leading to hair loss?

So am I trying Chloe Ting's workout programmes now. It consists mostly planks, reverse crunches, jumping jacks, mountain climber etc. I am currently following her 2 week shred one. The maximum I do per day is 30-40 mins.
I'm also trying the IF diet, and im trying to avoid unnecessary sugars, and trying to eat more protein than carbs.
Will this affect my hair or trigger hair loss?
Any tips or suggestions?
