Thanks! I'm trying to take as much as protein and fibre I can during my eating windows. But it's still a little hard to maintain my daily calorie intake level, should I be worried about it, if I'm taking enough nutrients and minerals but still under a slight caloric deficit?
and about dietary changes, I have eliminated junk foods and processed ones. Trying to be opt for healthier ones.

Last year did it for 6 weeks, I restarted the fast during quarantine, like 40 days. What about yours?

Not at all, I was taking proteins as in chicken, fish, soya, tofu...
I'm including these in my diet too!

I'm only on my 4th day, so didn't notice anything yet.
Don't worry about that, the only thing you will be losing is Fat.
