Got ya what about sweets how to control that?
I eat more than I should, but it's all good. I have been eating less progressively, now that I'm thinking about it it has been a long time since I bought any kind of desserts when I go grocery shopping. It's like my body isn't interested. But I do enjoy a chocolate chip cookie for lunch at work, since that's what it comes with. But I also exercise regularly, and detox regularly, so I feel like food has no power over me.
Also if you want to set some kind of a goal as far as food it should be progressive at least in my opinion. Meaning start out little and get bigger. Also use the acronym SMART when planning out your diet. I can't tell you how many times people tell me about how they're planning on losing weight and their routine that they are planning to follow is absolutely ridiculous and everybody knows it's not going to work. Specific measurable attainable realistic time-bound.
Well I’ve been doing this diet for past month and it helped me eat less and healthy and I’ve lost 15 pounds so far, just it’s hard to eat healthy and little and not much sweets I really love sweets
But what I’ve been doing basically is eat breakfast 2-3 hrs snack 2-3 hrs dinner and than 2-3 snack and if i want light dinner if not than I just don’t eat after 6
I know it might not be easyand depending on the person it might not be realistic, but you can replace your sweets with fruit. For me baby carrots has taking the spot of most of the sweets that I ate. Or dark chocolate To replace whatever kind of milk chocolate you're eating. It sounds like you're doing good, you should just keep on keepin on.
Looking at your profile pic, you don't seem to be in bad shape. You don't look like you have fat arms LOL. Your lips and eyes are breathtaking by the way.
Yeaaa I know I can do it and I know me currently being overweight is not who I am bc I use to be always a skinny child till teen growing up and than I guess you’re metabolism changes and I haven’t been watching what I ate and gained it a lot when I was around 17-18 and than I went on the same diet I’m doing currently and lost 40 pounds i was soooo happy with myself and thought yeaaa I can eat all I want and won’t gain weight and I guess I wasn’t watching myself and slowly but surely I gained it all up and now I’m trying to lose it :(
Yes I hear that a lot, where people gain the weight back. That's the difference between a diet and a lifestyle.
Sooo means just have to stick to a diet plan I’m scared I can gain it all back up after my hard work lol
I can relate to that. It kind of means sticking to a diet, but it's also deeper than that. It's like you have to be able to make a choice between being the best person you can be and indulging whenever you want, basically accepting that you cannot have your cake and eat it too literally and figuratively LOL. Perhaps if it's sweets you are having a problem with sweets you can only have sweets on the weekends, then you have something to look forward to all week. To me, that would make it easier to avoid temptation throughout the week, then perhaps make it one weekend per month, then progressively less and less. With me once I got a momentum going it was no problem, and I assume that most people will eventually be put off by the food that they abstain from. For example I consider myself a vegetarian, butI do eat main on a very rare basis, and I had some baked chicken the other day and it was absolutely disgusting, I definitely regretted it.
Ohhhh lol right
I don't really know I tried but it's too hard
How to have motivation
