Is 3 months enough to get muscular?

I go gym everyday except Sunday. Spend 45-60 mins. Workout my muscles till I can’t handle it no more.
I’m a skinny tall guy. I eat at more intervals in a day and take a protein shake. I want to put on some size but look defined. Also do I need a lot of sleep? I struggle to sleep 6 hours
