Swollen face and legs after intense workout?

I've been walking and working out every day for the past 3 weeks and honestly I don't understand what's going on. My face is hella bloated and my thighs look huge (I mainly do cardio, no weight lifting or strength training). I also wanna mention that I don't drink any water at all and I should get my period in a matter of days
