I'm a bit obsessed with cardio, and workout several days per week. I wear leggings/pants and a long sleeve top to work up a good sweat. Afterwards I always hit the sauna. Because of the cardio, what I wear and sauna, I'm so thirsty by the end of it, and I just LOVE going for a beer instead of water. It just tastes soooo good when you're thirsty! Is this bad?
